The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our growing Customer Support team for a Customer Support Executive, reporting to the Support Manager. This role is primarily supporting our customers with queries and complaints, preparing devices for dispatch and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Providing telephone and email support to Skyguard customers, building rapport whist adhering to company service level standards .

Processing and shipment of customer orders.

Various customer support administration functions, including interaction with other departments within the business..

Essential Requirements

Excellent communicator.

Able to deal with customer queries via phone and email..

Competent IT skills..

A 'can-do’ attitude toward all tasks.

Ability to use own initiative and work as a team player.

An analytical approach to tasks.

Able to perform well under pressure and deadlines.

Desirable

Experience of working in a customer service environment.
