Christmas is once again upon us and on behalf of all of the team at Skyguard we would like to wish all of our customers a very Merry Christmas and thank you for your support throughout 2016.
The past year has been our most successful yet, with our parent company Send For Help Group achieving record growth for the 4th year running. In December, we were also delighted to be listed at 47th in The Sunday Times prestigious Fast Track 100 league table of the fastest growing companies in Britain.
To date Send For Help protect more than 100,000 lone workers including over 100 NHS Trusts, 150 Local Authorities and 200 Housing Associations. Our mission continues as ever to remain at the forefront of personal safety technology and deliver the highest level of customer service, to help us maintain our position as market leaders.
2016 has seen some exciting developments for Skyguard including the launch of SmartButton for Windows Phone, a small wearable device that works alongside the new version of our Windows smartphone app – allowing users to discretely raise an alarm even if their phone is out of reach.
June saw us exhibit at the annual Safety and Health Expo at London’s Excel. The show proved to be a real success, with the launch of SmartButton at the event and some special demonstrations from the team receiving very positive feedback. We were also proud to take part in exclusive seminars with two of our key clients giving first-hand accounts and providing real insight into successful lone working practices.
After the achievements of 2016 we look forward to welcoming the New Year, building on our successes and continuing to provide award-winning support for lone workers and those at risk. Here’s to a happy and safe 2017.
With the seasonal holidays fast approaching we would like to take the opportunity to remind our customers that our Incident Management Centre controllers will be always be here should you need them, 24/7/365.
