The UK’s leading provider of traffic and transport solutions approached Skyguard looking for fully managed lone worker protection provider. Imtech T&I needed a personal safety device that had a high degree of functionality whilst allowing their lone workers to feel comfortable with its use.
After conducting a successful trial of the MySOS Mandown device, Imtech T&I signed up to Skyguard’s 24 hour personal safety service providing 170 of the keyfob-sized alarms to its Engineers, Installers and Service Managers.

The MySOS is equipped with a ‘man down’ sensor. This enables the device to automatically send an alarm to the IMC in the event of a fall or sudden impact. The feature is vital if the user slips, trips or is knocked unconscious and is unable to raise an alarm manually.
Imtech T&I’s lone workers also like the fact that the device’s battery can be re-charged via the optional in-car charger accessory… something they were unable to do with their previous supplier. These small but signiﬁcant details ensures device usage and user conﬁdence remain high.
A competitively-priced subscription to Skyguard’s service includes the MySOS device, 24 hour manned monitoring, full and free access to Skyguard’s ‘Customer Service Centre’ online administration portal, user training, bespoke reporting and dedicated account management.
