Next week Health and Safety North comes to Manchester with Skyguard exhibiting alongside a whole host of the safety industry’s leading names.

Due to popular demand, the show is to be held on the 10th and 11th of October at a brand-new location, EventCity, the second largest conference venue outside London. In its tenth year, the event promises to attract over 200 exhibitors and around 2,000 visitors through the door over the course of the two days.

With 36 hours of free conferences, seminars and an outstanding line up including 56 speakers, Health and Safety North is a must for health and safety practitioners looking to network, procure and learn more about best practice and the latest products available on the market.

Skyguard will be demonstrating a range of solutions designed to protect those working alone including our exclusive MySOS personal safety device and cutting-edge lone worker apps. For those seeking advice on how to manage lone working within their organisation and the best methods of protecting employees, our team will be ready to answer your questions.

Of course, there’s plenty on offer over the two-day event, with the following highlights:

  • An exclusive chance to preview some of the latest technology to market in the health and safety industry
  • Seminars featuring practical tips on improving workplace safety and how to drive behavioural change within organisations
  • Presentations on workplace stress, legislation changes and fall protection
  • Britain’s healthiest workplaces revealed
  • Serve as the jury in a mock trial exploring the legal repercussions of workplace injuries
  • Breakfast briefings – a fantastic opportunity to network with guest speakers

Event Director, Tim Else boasts that: “There is no other event in the north of England providing this level of education, debate and networking for professionals whose job involves health and safety.”
