We use personal data that has been provided to us by Customers of Skyguard to enable us to comply with our contract with the Customer and to provide the services required. We process the personal data solely in accordance with the directions provided by the applicable Customer.
In the course of providing our personal safety service (for instance, in an emergency situation) we may need to pass personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to Skyguard as well as to the Emergency Services. Any third parties that we may share personal data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service required at the time. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, we require them to dispose of the details in line with Skyguard’s procedures.
We may use personal details (such as email address) to contact the appropriate person for administrative purposes such as Customer Support or financial payment processing. We may also contact users in relation to aspects of our service such as network outages or disruptions.
