Skyguard Reports Increase in Customer Satisfaction for the Third Consecutive Year

For the third consecutive year, Skyguard are pleased to report an increase in overall customer satisfaction in our personal safety service for lone workers and vulnerable individuals.

The survey, conducted annually, asked more than 100 customers about all aspects of Skyguard’s service. Overall satisfaction rose by 2.9% compared to the previous year and reached an all time high of 90%.

Furthermore, when users were asked if they would recommend Skyguard to another company or personal contact, they gave a satisfaction score of 89 out of 100. The recommendation of the service rose by 8.4% from the previous survey, indicating that many users implicitly trust Skyguard to deliver the very best in lone worker protection.

The results are even more impressive when significant growth of the company within the same period is taken into consideration; over the past 18 months, Skyguard has extensively increased its customer base to become the industry’s fastest growing organisation.

The report also highlighted the simple functionality of our personal safety devices – including the MySOS, which 85% of users considered the keyfob-sized alarm very easy to use.

Commenting on the results of the survey, Director Will Murray said, “For our customers to report that Skyguard continues to achieve consistently high levels of performance is something we take real pride in. Our dedication in providing the very best personal safety service available is clearly readable in the survey results.”

In addition to the overall rating of 90%, MySOS users recorded a 100% satisfaction in resolution of emergency alarm activations. Customer Support continues to reach high levels of praise, with a rating of 9.4/10 in successfully resolving customer queries.

Murray continues, “Within the past year, it’s not just our customers who’ve approved our service; we’ve recently been audited and approved by NSI to the latest British Standard for Lone Worker Device Services (BS 8484:2011) and our MySOS personal safety device was awarded the Association of Chief Police Officer’s coveted ‘Secured by Design’ accolade – guaranteeing national police approval of its use. We’re also highly regarded by our peers, after being voted onto the BSIA’s select Lone Worker section, which maintains standards within the industry.”
